Tom Gallimore
Tom entered the plumbing trade directly from school and started working and training with local plumbing firm, RS Robinson. In 2015 Tom formed SafeSure Plumbing And Heating Ltd. with a partner. His formal training and qualifications were undertaken at Barnfield College in Luton.
It was whilst working for RS Robinson that Tom was first Gas Safe trained. Since that time he has personally installed over 100 boilers and assisted customers by fixing many more.
Oliver Sawyer
Ollie's early experience as a plumber was gained from working for local company, Mimram, where most of his work was involving commercial new-build properties in and around London.
Although Ollie is from Luton, like most of his colleagues, his plumbing qualifications were gained from Moulton College in Northampton, where he reached NVQ level 3.
In 2016 Ollie joined Tom Gallimore as a director of SafeSure Plumbing And Heating. In 2017 he passed his Gas Safe qualification after building experience working alongside Tom.
Dani Gallimore
Dani is a trained bookkeeper and has gained experience working for a number of companies in and around Luton, mainly through agencies.
Currently, Dani works part-time for SafeSure Plumbing And Heating Ltd. She assists with the company books and other office based work.
She has two young children to care for when not in the office - and sometimes when she is in the office.
Rebecca Mathis
Rebecca is the Office Administrator at SafeSure Plumbing & Heating and joined the team in 2025.
She plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages the day-to-day administration, supports customers with bookings and enquiries, and ensures everything is organised and efficient.
Friendly and approachable, Rebecca is often the first point of contact for our customers and is dedicated to providing excellent service and support.
Jay Martin
Jay gained his plumbing qualifications at Barnfield Technical College in Luton, and was fully qualified in 2009.
Prior to joining Safesure Plumbing and Heating Ltd., Jay worked at another local company, MJ Russell, where he gained experience in the full range of domestic plumbing work, including bathroom installations and boiler work. In addition he was also occasionally involved in site based commercial work. Jay joined Safesure in 2018.
Callum McLaughlin
Callum began his working life by completing an apprenticeship in kitchen fitting before moving on to train as a plumber.
He studied for his City & Guilds at the Gas and Plumbing Technology Centre in Bedford, whilst working with a maintenance firm which was contracted to carry out housing association work. There he gained experience in a wide range of general plumbing work, such as fitting baths, basins, toilet, etc.
Callum joined Safesure in 2019.
Adam Bashford
Adam joined the SafeSure team in 2026.
Adam is an experienced heating engineer with over 10 years in the trade, specialising in boiler breakdowns, installations, servicing, and all aspects of domestic plumbing. Known for a practical, customer‑focused approach and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and safely. With a decade of hands‑on experience, Adam brings reliability, strong technical knowledge, and a calm, professional presence to every job.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys skydiving, football, and making the most of holidays. When he’s not out adventuring, he values time at home with his family and two dogs, keeping life grounded and balanced.
Reece Murphy
Reece started his plumbing career at another plumbing firm where he carried out a lot of new build and renovation works.
During this time he also earned his level 2 NVQ in plumbing before joining the SafeSure team in September 2020.
Since then he has undertaken more training within the company and he is still looking to further his qualifications and gain new skills with us.

Lewis Graves
Lewis has been at SafeSure since March 2022.
Before this, he had completed an Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in plumbing at Bedford College. Straight from school Lewis attended College where he worked with another company to gain his qualification before joining the SafeSure team.

Nathan Stone
Nathan Stone is a qualified gas engineer completing his course in June 2024. His next step is to complete his cookers and fires qualification which will be done by the end of the year.
Straight from school Nathan went to college to start his plumbing and heating apprenticeship. He worked at a plumbing and heating firm in Bedford before moving over to SafeSure to finish the apprenticeship and gain his qualification.
He started with SafeSure in January 2023

Nathan Corkett
Nathan Corkett is our experienced apprentice.
At the age of 19, after completing his A-Levels in college, he started a 4 year plumbing and heating apprenticeship at Bedford College, where he is currently in his first year.
Nathan joined the SafeSure team in April 2023.
Adam Bashford
Adam joined the team in 2026.
He is an experienced Gas and Plumbing engineer with a wealth of experience.

Joe Prendergast
Joe is our newest apprentice.
Joe joined SafeSure Plumbing and Heating as an Apprentice Plumbing and Heating Engineer, following the completion of Stopsley High School.
He is currently undertaking a four-year Plumbing and Heating Apprenticeship at Barnfield College. Alongside his college studies, Joe is gaining valuable hands-on experience on the job with SafeSure’s experienced team, learning essential trade skills.
Joe joined the SafeSure team in September 2025.
