Our lender's qualifying criteria is as follows, Applicants must:

Own your own home.
Be currently in employment, self-employed, retired, or on long term invalidity/disability income.
Be aged at least 18 years old and under 85 years by the end of the loan period.
Be able to provide original identification (not a copy) in the form of a driving license or passport.
Have a good credit history.

We can usually come up with a finance decision quickly - often on the day of application.

However, finance requests require that we visit you in your home. This is in order to discuss the work that you require to be done (otherwise we couldn't possibly supply a price quotation), to meet our lender's security requirements and to ensure that you fully understand the financial implications.

All quotations are supplied by our working director/plumbers. We do not employ specialist salespeople. So, there is never any pressure selling, just honest advice from quality tradesmen.

Totally a breath of fresh air finding Tom and Safesure Plumbing and Heating replacing a faulty shower pump and because I am disabled actualy talking the old pump that I had purchased a few months ago.
