SafeSure Plumbing And Heating Ltd. is a Luton based company. Its directors are Tom Gallimore and Ollie Sawyer and between them they have more than 20 years of experience in plumbing and heating work.

Tom entered the plumbing trade directly from school and started working with successful local plumbing firm, RS Robinson. The boss of that company, Richard Robinson Snr., has since retired.

It was whilst working for RS Robinson that Tom was first Gas Safe trained. Since that time he has personally installed over 150 boilers and assisted customers by fixing many more.

Ollie took a slightly different route into plumbing and spent some years working for local plumbing contractors, Mimram. This involved him in more commercially based site work; dealing with new-build installations, and the like.

SafeSure Plumbing And Heating Ltd. was formed in 2015 by Tom and a former partner. Ollie came onboard as full partner and co-director in April 2016. Since that time progress has been exceptional and the company now employs four additional plumbers.

Our record of customer service is first class. We always strive to be more helpful, more friendly, more efficient and more professional than our competition. Our aim is always to deliver customer satisfaction at reasonable prices. We think that this attitude must be serving us well, as much of our work is through referrals.

Gas Safe

Tom Gallimore and Ollie Sawyer are both Gas Safe trained and registered.

Gas Safe is the organisation that took over from Corgi as the official gas registration body of the United Kingdom. Employees who are new to SafeSure Plumbing and Heating Ltd. commence gas training shortly after joining.

Only appropriately trained staff are sent out to work with gas installations or appliances.

APHC Licensed Member

In addition to being Gas Safe registered we are also licensed members of the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors.

The APHC is an organisation that supplies plumbing and heating professionals with advice on attaining and maintaining high professional standards. In order to become members companies must demonstrate formal qualifications in the trades, as well presenting the organisation with proof of appropriate business insurances.

In addition to the above we use the APHC as a guide to where best to concentrate on-going professional development for our staff.

Other work

SafeSure has many contacts within the allied trades, having worked with numerous companies and tradesmen over a long period. Occasionally the company will sub-contract work to trusted partner companies, or else work with third-parties on larger projects.

It is anticipated that in the longer term SafeSure may employ people from other trades directly, such as electricians, but the core business will always be plumbing and heating.

Totally a breath of fresh air finding Tom and Safesure Plumbing and Heating replacing a faulty shower pump and because I am disabled actualy talking the old pump that I had purchased a few months ago.
