Customer Feedback

This page is intended for use by our customers, past and present, to supply us with feedback with regards to our performance and overall levels of satisfaction.

Like any company or anybody, we are happier with only positive feedback, but we need to have any negative thoughts as well. But letting us know about any disappointing aspects of our work you can help us to improve and become a better company – which is important to us.

The form, below, is setup so that you can leave comments anonymously if you wish to. The only box in the form that is mandatory is the Feedback box; the rest are all optional.

Normally, we will not attempt to contact you after leaving comments, unless you specifically request us to do so, or unless we need to clarify some details.

All of the comments that we collect here are assembled into a spreadsheet, which we can examine at intervals to see how we are doing.
