Meet The Team
Tom entered the plumbing trade directly from school and started working and training with local plumbing firm, RS Robinson. In 2015 Tom formed SafeSure Plumbing And Heating with a partner. His formal training and qualifications were undertaken at Barnfield College in Luton.
It was whilst working for RS Robinson that Tom was first Gas Safe trained. Since that time he has personally installed over 100 boilers and assisted customers by fixing many more.
Ollie's early experience as a plumber was gained from working for local company, Mimram, where most of his work was involving commercial new-build properties in and around London.
Although Ollie is from Luton, like most of his colleagues, his plumbing qualifications were gained from Moulton College in Northampton, where he reached NVQ level 3.
In 2016 Ollie joined Tom Gallimore as a director of SafeSure Plumbing And Heating. In 2017 he passed his Gas Safe qualification after building experience working alongside Tom.
Adam began his working life as an NVQ trained mechanic, but swapped trades when the car dealership that he worked for folded.
For the past 12 years Adam has worked as a plumber, gaining experience and formal training at one of the large local plumbing companies. His work prior to joining SafeSure involved a lot of travelling; sometimes as far as Kent on a daily basis.
Adam was born and raised in Luton and still lives in the town.
Tom has just completed his formal NVQ level 3 training and during his final year won the Barnfield College Plumbing Student of The Year Award.
He moved to the UK from Poland in 2012 and joined SafeSure in 2015 to gain practical experience, whilst completing classroom and company training.
Currently Tom is transitioning from trainee to full-blown plumber. Gas Safe training will follow in due course.
Alex is the newest member of the SafeSure team, though he has plenty of previous experience.
He went into plumbing directly from school, in 2011. Having started classroom training at Barnfield College in Luton he was fortunate to be able to work alongside a qualified heating engineer at the same time. He did his final year of formal qualifications at Oakland College in Hatfield.
Alex then became self employed for around 3 years, during which time he self-financed his Gas Safe training.
Dani is a trained bookkeeper and has gained experience working for a number of companies in and around Luton, mainly through agencies.
Currently, Dani works part-time for SafeSure Plumbing And Heating Ltd. She assists with the company books and other office based work.
She has two young children to care for when not in the office - and sometimes when she is in the office.
